Faravahar IP Change 2/20/2015

Faravahar need to get a new IPV4 address and I would like to do this change on 2/20/2015. I will keep the old IP running and hopefully forward the traffic using iptable rules.

I will reply to this ticket with a signed PGP note with the new IP address.

Anybody remember how to handle one of these changes? I think if the old IP keeps running, we just change the IP in 0.2.4 and later.

I've merged this into 0.2.4 and forward, now that 0.2.6.3 is out. I hope this doesn't hurt anything in the next day or so :)
