Backport support for IPv6 addresses in firstparty domain isolation (bug 1534339)
Mozilla landed a fix for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1534339. We could backport and test it in an upcoming alpha.

We actually should back out the backport done in this ticket as Mozilla backed it out as well. I opened a new ticket for that: #32531 (moved). Clearing backport flag.
