#203 Not a bug Your request for http://www.*.com/ could not be fulfilled, because the.... temp123
Description

I followed the guides for installing Privoxy and Tor exactly, but when I run Tor, i get a different message than what is shown in the screenshot in the guide. Mine looks like this: http://img475.imageshack.us/img475/3792/untitled9jn.png

And of course, becuase Tor doesn't seem to be working, i cannot connect to any websites. I get a 503 error saying

" This is Privoxy 3.0.3 on localhost (127.0.0.1), port 8118, enabled"

And under that it says

"Connect failed

Your request for http://www.google.com/ could not be fulfilled, because the connection to www.google.com (127.0.0.1) could not be established.

This is often a temporary failure, so you might just try again. "

#204 Fixed TorCP 0.0.3 HPie
Description

Tor 0.1.1.8-alpha is running as an NT service... When I start TorCP the right Tor version is also detected. But after a while TorCP doesn't still recognize Tor and reports that the detected version is unknown. So it must be restarted to enable all the functions.

#205 Not a bug TOR / wind 98 : does not apply Winter time Noino
Description

Possible bug in TOR / Windows 98 SE : after the local time zone change (Summer -> Winter ), Windows adapted itself properly but apparently TOR did not : my local TOR client thinks my clock is 1 hour late, or that the Servers' are an hour early !

I had to manually return the windows clock to Summer time in order to make TOR happy.
