Description

Hello! I install Tor v0.2.4.17-rc on centos 6.4.
I have a problem with the launch of a non-privileged user.
useradd toruser
su - toruser -c "service tor start"

/usr/bin/torctl start: tor could not be started

If i root - no problem:

service tor start

                                                           [ OK ]

I uncommented in torrc "Log debug file /var/log/tor/debug.log"
but there is no /var/log/tor/debug.log
I wanted to check HiddenService and uncommented:
HiddenServiceDir /usr/local/etc/tor/hidden_service/
HiddenServicePort 80 127.0.0.1:80
but private_key and hostname do not create in /usr/local/etc/tor/hidden_service/
you have Russian language support?
I can write in Russian?

Try asking help@… ? I think somebody there may speak Russian.

This looks like it could be file permissions related, or it could be realated to the "User" option being set when it shouldn't be.
