User had 15 extensions installed:

adblock, avg safe search, downthemall, fast video download,
foxclocks, greasemonkey, imagebot, meetimer, noscript, pdf download,
switchproxy, tab history, tabletools, torbutton and zotero

Things seem to work if there are fewer.

Can you please try the XPI in the attachments tab and let me know if it gives you a new alert message?

flyspray2trac: bug closed.
The attached xpi should allow the toggle to continue but log a warn.
