flashproxy-reg-appspot should support custom domains

I recommend generalizing the configuration to be a full URL with a path. (A domain plus a path, really, because we will force the https scheme.) The reason I suggest this is that I know App Engine makes it really easy to run different programs on different paths, and this would allow someone to have multiple services running in one of their free app slots.
