Provide extraction zip file for TBB 3 on Windows

Provide a simple zip file which extracts TBB 3 without an installer on Windows. Not everyone wants to install TBB.

For added data, my system admin blocks all known installers, including nullsoft. This sends an alert to IT which gets them to visit my boss and complain. With TBB 2, I could simply unzip it and run TBB.

There is no need for it.

Provide a simple zip file which extracts TBB 3 without an installer on Windows. zip file can't extract, SFX zip (.exe) can. my system admin blocks all known installers Don't run it, just I could simply unzip it and run TBB. You can do the same with, for example, torbrowser-install-6.5a2_en-US.exe (by selecting "unzip" in the context menu, if your zip is integrated into OS)
