Description

Needs removed~~ <target host="kastatic.com" /> and <rule from="^http://kastatic\.com to="https://kastatic.com/" />

Remove and replace~~<rule from="^http://(www\.)?kickass\.to/" to="https://$1kickass.to/" />

With <rule from="^http://(?:www\.)?kickass\.to/" to="https://kickass.to/" />

Relatedly, are performance benefits possible via increased reliance on Firefox's built-in implementation of HSTS?

kat.ph also seems to have a cert mismatch. are you able to submit this as a pull request at https://github.com/efforg/https-everywhere instead of an attached xml?

browserprivacy: We've considered this, but the hard part is figuring out which rules can be rewritten as HSTS directives.
