tor-commits@ is bouncing svn emails

Matt Pagan reports that whenever he makes a website commit he gets a bounce...

Odd. As I understand it tor-commits@ should be hook driven for both git and svn, not requiring any special permissions. Filing this on your behalf.

In the past, I either added the @torproject.org address to the tor-commits list, or I added it to the whitelist that's allowed to mail to the list.

But that was back in the majordomo days, so I don't know about now.

But that said, the tor-commits mails do come from individual @tp.o addresses, so I don't see why you think they'd magically be allowed to send to the list?

Both git and svn commit emails are based on hooks in the SCM. It would be really odd setup if we needed to whitelist everyone that makes commits individually. That said, from the list configuration it looks like we whitelist all @tpo addresses, then others individually. Added Matt's @pagan.io address.
