ListenAddress shoud only be Address:$Port by default

Description

Tor binds to/listens on 0.0.0.0:$orport and/or 0.0.0.0:$dirport by default,
when any ORPort and/or DirPort are enabled. This works fine, if a server
has only one IP, but if you have two or more IPs the others get blocked too,
even if they are not used by Tor.

I therefore suggest to bind only to the IP in the Address option (or to the
one, which got autodetected).

The current workaround is to use the *ListenAddress option to specify IPs,
but this is not documented for this case.

I think using *ListenAddress is totally fine. What is undocumented about it?

I'm sorry, I somehow thought only the 9001->443 thing would be documented.
So this bug can be closed.
