Options are to:

1. use provider hardware with their setup of xen, but with VM console access.
2. use our hardware with our setup of ganeti

provider would prefer they take care of the hardware and virtualization layer, we take care of the OS in each VM and have OOB access to each VM.

Initial requirements are:

1. 4 TB disk space
2. 128 GB RAM per server
3. Load balancing/failover
4. 4 servers

RAID10 disk or central disk per server

provider is offering their private cloud coming live in a few weeks instead of a hardware-based solution. Waiting on details.
