Make tor log available if tor exited unexpectedly

Description

It would be useful to be able to get the tor log on all supported platforms in cases tor quit unexpectedly but the "Copy to Clipboard" feature was not available (yet). I first thought starting the TorBrowser with all necessary flags + "-console" on Windows would do the trick but I was wrong.

One way to achieve this would be to replace the TorLauncherUtil.showAlert() call with something like TorLauncherUtil.confirmEx() (provided TorGetLog() does not return "") having a similar copy-to-clipboard-button.

In many cases, tor is probably exiting before Tor Launcher can open a control connection to it, which means that there won't be any log messages to copy to the clipboard. To address that problem we will need to fix #10059. But offering a copy-to-clipboard option if log messages are available is a good idea.
