I emailed the Tor helpdesk and Matt Pagan told me to create a ticket with my idea. I'm not sure if this is a good idea (who ever is?), but it's an idea.

There's a plugin called "Blender" which randomly changes the user-agent information for Firefox (screen resolution, OS, etc). I'm not sure if this would help anonymize Tor users more, or possibly make them stand out more. However, I thought I'd run it by you guys to see if it would add any benefit to the project as a default Tor plugin.

Thanks for all of your amazing hard work.

A similar-sounding Firefox add-on, which I don't necessarily endorse but still wanted to mention because its functionality sounds quite similar, is called "Secret Agent." Its website is and it appears to have been updated about a week ago.

Instead of changing your UA to a known-popular UA, the Secret Agent extension appears to randomize user agents. Could make individuals more fingerprintable if the randomization process is not really random...
