Sometimes the whole main window gets disabled and does not accept clicks and
I checked window property with en_dis_able-tool of Eugen Honeker: window
I set window property to enabled. Menu, page area and drop-down tabselector are
working, tabs caption are still disabled (close about X working).

Firefox does not crash or hang.
Problem occured in Firefox 3.5.0/3.0.11 too.

I tried this and it happened several times in a row (WinXP, latest FF). Firefox was loading while not responding, as seen in the status bar of FF and the TOR bandwidth graph.

FF wasn't shown in the list of windows (the one you get with Alt+Tab).

I once got it and I was still able to scroll using the keys and change tabs with CTRL+PG DN/UP, but not with the mouse.
After changing the window to TOR-bandwidth and changing back to FF (clicking in taskbar) it didn't react to mouse NOR keys.
Bad thing, not all tabs could be restored at the restart of FF (some were not listed, but some already closed were listed) and tabs some tabs in which no data was loaded but the connection was tried to establish, they were listed as empty tabs.

It is possible this is a dup of Bug 1097. Can you try the xpi in the attachments tab here and let me know
if it works for you?
