setup: python 3.2 ; cygwin64

python crashes with a stackdump.
the install trace and stackdump are attached.

this code (the for statement is never reached):

If python itself is crashing then this is a python bug, not stem. Please send the dump their way...

For what it's worth I've been a little underwhelmed with the stability of the python 3.x series. I encountered a similar issue once and filed a bug report (in that case though fixes in python's development repo had already addressed it).
