Please give gk and boklm svn commit perms for the website

I believe they need to do some kind of htpasswd output and send it somewhere. Assigning to phobos and Sebastian since I'm not sure of the process.

This is two different things. One is access to svn, the other is access to website repo.

I sent today the output from the htdigest command to torproject-admins@.

So it seems there is a problem with the email listed on https://help.torproject.org/tsa/doc/svn-accounts/

The correct address is: "TorProject.org admins" torproject-admin@torproject.org
