We are using Tor version 0.0.9.5. , compiled out of a source-tarball with no special compile-options

flyspray2trac: bug closed.
I am guessing that this is a duplicate of 96 and 109, and we just fixed those. If it turns up in any future version of Tor, please let us know. Thanks for your help!
