Description

At least the following broken links:
https://www.torproject.org/docs/verifying-signatures.html.en
https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-manual.html.en
(it appears that this one should be pointing to https://www.torproject.org/docs/manual.html.en but that document is essentially empty)

Possible display problems:
https://www.torproject.org/docs/manual.html.en
https://www.torproject.org/docs/en/signing-keys.wml
https://www.torproject.org/docs/en/verifying-signatures.wml

Many pages look good and link well but a more thorough review of links may be needed.

Summary: Broken linksIt's possible to ./publish the website incompletely

This happened because somebody pushed a version of the website that was missing some files.

Perhaps it happened because of the new tag in torgit, which makes building the website fail if your torgit isn't up to date enough (because building the man page of the html fails).

I cc Mike because he owned the files that *were* there at the time, making me wonder if he can give us some clue about how this happened.
