Following our new process for creating any mailing list that Tor people are asking for and willing to moderate, the next steps are:
Determine who's going to be the list moderator. That could be Lunar or Kelley or maybe even both. Lunar, Kelley, are you up for that?
Come up with a short description for this new list that would make it fit into wiki:doc/emailLists. Lunar, Kelley, what would be a good list description?
Ask Andrew or Peter to create this list.
Add the list to wiki:doc/emailLists.
Ask Lunar and Kelley six months later if this list is actually being used, and if not, kill it. (This is no reason to keep the ticket open for six months, of course.)
Andrew, Damian, please correct me if I got this process wrong, and what other steps are missing. (And should we document this process somewhere?)
