Subscribe meeting attendees to the 2014-summer-dev-meeting mailing list

We have a coordination mailing list for people attending the meeting. We should subscribe them once we know who's coming.

We need to know who's coming before subscribing them.

I'm withdrawing from organizational matters. I believe the organizers do not see the list as useful. Unless someone steps to moderate the list in the next 2 days I will ask for its deletion.
