Create a list of people that will be invited to the 2014 summer dev meeting

We need to define who we want at our next dev. meeting.

I built such a list and mailed many of the people.

Is there a problem with making the list public? I guess this is one of those things that's hard to get universal acceptance on.

I think the list on the wiki is as public as it will get -- those are people who opted in to being listed.

Also, now that the paris2014 list exists, I'm going to close this ticket.
