Support packaging Tor Launcher as a standalone XUL application
Essentially all that's needed is an applications.ini
, but some make
rules for the packaging also helps.

On Mac OS we need to use it like -i "" but that is not accepted on Linux where -i or -i"" is required (no space before ""). I am not sure how to use -i in a way that works on all platforms.
