Default VM disk space for building TBBs is not large enough anymore when using LXC

At least when building with LXC (using 3618f8600080f675a4592c5a7667c349bb3364a2) the VM (in particular during the gitian-firefox step) is running out of disk space.

Works for me with ESR 31 and the fix for #13215 (moved). That's on the same machine which had issues before.
