Case when check.torproject.org does not show if Tor is used

Description

When browser connects through Tor to https://check.torproject.org
and connection established from the host which is behind NATP
and Tor.exe runs as a server on the same local net (perhaps from the same host) with NAT port forwarding to external net
the result is always "You are using Tor" (even when Tor is not used).

I think this happens because of
the external IP is in the list of exits and equals to source IP addr of connection for which test have been ran.

Putative solution: test need to check if TorServer is also runs on the host from which tested connection has been established.

You're right that this is a problem, unfortunately, we can't really break
the nat with torcheck.
