Test hardening features on Mac OS X

Similarly to #12107 (moved), the test suite should check that the files included in the bundle are compiled with good hardening options on Mac OS X.

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1018210 seems relevant here. There was a tor-talk (IIRC) post by ioerror some years ago that described some commandline options to test hardening features on OS X. Alas, I currently can't find it. :(
