Sometimes I get:

SSL Observatory: Planning to retry submission...followed very shortly by:
SSL Observatory: Cert submission failure 0:I don't think that is concerning, but since I'm reporting bugs anyway.
Even if that is not something to be fixed, I also think that "failure 0" doesn't say enough. It does not tell one why it failed.
