Description

Sometimes I get:

SSL Observatory: Cert submission failure 0: 
SSL Observatory: Planning to retry submission...

followed very shortly by:

SSL Observatory: Cert submission failure 0:

I don't think that is concerning, but since I'm reporting bugs anyway.

Even if that is not something to be fixed, I also think that "failure 0" doesn't say enough. It does not tell one why it failed.

"0" is the HTTP status code of the request, and the rest of the line should be the HTTP response text (but it's nothing in this case). 0 means that the request was canceled for some reason before it was made.
