When opening the SSL Observatory preference window in HTTPS-E 4.0dev17, the following error is always displayed:

XML-parse error: fout tijdens het verwerken van externe entiteitverwijzing (error during the processing of external entity reference)
Location: chrome://https-everywhere/content/observatory-preferences.xul
Rule number 4, column 80:<!DOCTYPE overlay SYSTEM "chrome://https-everywhere/locale/ssl-observatory.dtd">

I am using HTTPS-E 4.0dev17 with Aurora 31 (Dutch translation) on OS X 10.9.

UA: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0

We noticed this and it should be fixed in the release this week.
