I'm willing to believe that this is the same as bug 1208, where we had some
nice random memory corruption. If this happens again with a version after
0.2.2.8-alpha (inclusive), please yell

Milestone: Tor: 0.2.2.x-final

No word in five months; has this bug been seen in 0.2.2.8-alpha or later?
