My 'ed25519_ref10' branch now has an implementation of the curve25519-to-ed25519 key derivation approach, as I understand it. It is pretty simple, based on ed25519_ref10, and is done in a file named "keyconv.c". It will need review. I should finish that branch first. (To be clear, this operation is a prerequisite for prop228, but is not sufficient for prop228 in itself)

There's an implementation of this in my 12498_ed25519_keys branch, with accompanying proposal modifications in torspec branch "220_evolution".
