Skip German exits when using Youtube

Could Tor skip German exit nodes for youtube domains to improve usability.

The reason is that a big part of Youtube is unavailable on German IPs, due to licensing problems.

Damn, just now in the middle of watching a video, the exit country changed from NL to DE so the video completely stopped with error.

The last problem is apparently another bug, because it also happened when exit changed from DE to NL

To clarify, I'm not changing the exit nodes manually, it's just what happens when I watch Youtube on Tor Browser.
