Setup monitoring of bridge reachability probes

We should setup something like munin for monitoring the probe machines running bridge reachability tests.

The "DevOps" kids these days use statsd + graphite. Maybe that's a good option for this... or maybe we can use something lighter weight than graphite. Statsd seems like a good idea we that we decouple the stats colllection from the time series graphing system.
