Trac account creation captcha broken

I tried to create an account here using the current TBB, but the captcha is broken (multiple definitely correct submissions were rejected).

Try to enable JS. Just tested, it is really broken. It is not even readable if JS disabled. Probably depends IP address. Another way is to bypass captcha. Try to fill all information during registration.
