Description (last modified by mikeperry)

Firefox 3.0 started providing an API to allow individual plugin control. Torbutton should provide a window pane
with either a checkbox panel of plugins to allow, or an "Allow all but flash" option. Then we could recommend
people use simpler plugin blockers like Flashblock, as opposed to resorting to NoScript.

For a while I didn't see how this was actually being exposed, because nsIPluginManager still does not have scriptable interfaces. However, it turns out you can access the data via RDF. This happens in https://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla1.9.2/source/toolkit/mozapps/extensions/content/extensions.js in togglePluginDisabled()
