Windows installer lacks UAC manifest
The installer does not trigger a UAC elevation prompt. Without right-clicking and running as Administrator, the program appears to install correctly (even creating a program group) and will not start. This is due to File and Registry Virtualization- thus I imagine the same thing happens on Vista. The files land in the user's profile instead of the selected subdirectory of Program Files, and the shortcuts in the Start Menu point to the proper place (in Program Files).
