Description

I'd like to have a graph showing how much bandwidth of the network is running which versions of Tor. This would help decide when we can deprecate different relay versions.

Adding a new graph to Metrics takes some effort, but drawing a graph now and whenever you need one is easy. I just attached a graph showing total consensus weight of running relays by version. This graph takes all consensuses published in October, sums up absolute consensus weights from "w " lines grouped by versions in "v " lines and valid-after time in "valid-after " lines, and calculates daily means. Is this what you had in mind? I can also include more data or redraw the graph with new data as needed.
