Write test for security slider

We should write a good test that checks whether the mapping between preferences and security levels works as expected.

The test file slider_settings.js contains the expected settings for the different levels, copy pasted from torbutton/src/chrome/content/torbutton.js, so it will need to be updated if they are changed in torbutton.
