report Bridges correctly in tor circuit diagram

Some bridge types, such as meek, aren't displayed correctly as bridges on the Tor circuit diagram

I believe my patch in #13882 (moved) fixed display of bridges of all types except for meek, which is covered by #14937 (moved). So closing this ticket at a duplicate.
