Make "this socket is group-writeable" an option

SocksSocketGroupWriteable and ControlSocketGroupWriteable could be replaced as such:

  SocksPort unix:/path/to/socket g+w

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
