How to reproduce:

with a fresh install of tbird and torbirdy, create multiple email accounts. the second and subsequent email accounts will still show HTML email.

Sorry, I couldn't reproduce this. Can you please try again? This is also technically not possible since the HTML email settings are global and not on a per-account basis.
