[tor] autoconf fails on sparc64 debian

flyspray irritates me. how do you include dumps from the shell in a readable form here? hope this is enough to get you an idea. -matthias

My first thought is that you need to upgrade all of your auto* tools. What version of autoconf and automake
do you have?

My second thought is to blow away your current repository and check out a clean one, just to make sure
that's not the problem.

this is emberassing. i was using a fresh checkout, and you are right, it was rather old versions of auto*, but the problem was that i didn't read the ./INSTALL instructions and tried to do it by hand.

please delete this task. it works now. sorry.
