Country Of Origin Malfunction

Tor 0.2.1.26 (source build on linux 26.32-22-generic)
Either a bug with vidalia-0.2.8, or tor-0.2.1.26
National origin of all tor-servers are not being collected. Major issue would be for users in restricted localites (ie China, Iran), will be unable to determine nationality of tor circuit in use.
