I've added all of them except for http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/MasterTicketsPlugin. Once graphviz is installed I'll add that one too.

It looks like http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TracWysiwygPlugin didn't get installed nor enabled.

The Wysiwyg plugin is both installed and enabled but appears to be buggy. There is a bug that claims it fails to activate periodically (http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/3759) but I've yet to see it work.

The MasterTickets plugin is very buggy: http://trac-hacks.org/report/9?COMPONENT=MasterTicketsPlugin

Would http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/ChildTicketsPlugin be a suitable replacement?

Okay, I went ahead and added the ChildTicketsPlugin since I think you do want it, despite not telling me so. ;) For an example of how to use it, look at any ticket description and towards the bottom there will be a 'Child ticket' section, from which you can create new tickets. You can also assign child tickets to existing tickets from the 'Change properties' area, where it says "Parent ID" (just put #nnn).
