Change owners of tor-directors@

Karsten and I aren't on tor-directors@ and probably shouldn't receive its bounces. Couple times now I've handled them while striving to not look at the content. Personally, I'd rather just not get 'em if I shouldn't read it. ;)

Andrew obviously is already a list owner, but when we remove me and Karsten I'd suggest also adding a couple directors too so you don't have a bus factor of one.

Also sounds good. Going through the list of lists, here are some more lists that are currently run by listowner@ that shouldn't have atagar or I as owner/moderator: accounting@, donations@, execdir@, grants@, jobs@, tor-security@.

As a general principle, we ought to have the owners/moderators be a subset of the members. So this change seems like a good idea to me.

Great! Made arma and wseltzer the new owners of tor-directors and updated tor-exec to include wseltzer as moderator. Sent passwords to arma and wseltzer in encrypted mail. Let's create new tickets for the other lists mentioned above, assuming we want to change ownership. Resolving.

Reopening. I'm still getting bounces for tor-exec@. Apparently listadmin for tor-exec are arma, atagar, karsten and nickm. Rather, it should be arma, nickm, and wseltzer. Also wseltzer would like the list to accept bccs ("implicit destination") but she can tweak that after we've updated the list ownership.
