Pre-configured bridge relay for Mac OS X

Develop a bundle that on start up turns the user into a published bridge relay. Do so with existing technology.

A custom vidalia.conf with the following settings seems to work by default:

The proper way to do this is to put upnp/nat-pmp into tor itself. This is underway.
