Description

As the new Debian stable is going to be released soon and Ubuntu Lucid is becoming really, really out-of-date it is time to update to Ubuntu Precise for Linux builds as well.

There seem to be some issues with our hardening flags. GCC does not like DEB_BUILD_HARDENING_FORMAT. Binutils on x86_64 needs --disable-werror if we stick to 2.24 but fails, as 2.25 does, with DEB_BUILD_HARDENING_PIE.

Just found the interesting Ubuntu Precise hack in Bitcoin's Linux descriptor: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/master/contrib/gitian-descriptors/gitian-linux.yml#L73
