ooniprobe did not run when installing via pip on debian

Description

I installed ooniprobe with pip and then ran it with a freshy generated deck:

# ooniprobe -i /home/paloma/Documenti/OONI/deck-it/0.1.0-it-user.deck

         from country to country. You should be aware of this when
         running the tool. Read more about this in the manpage or README.
Ooni home directory does not exist.
Creating it in '/root/.ooni'.
Configuration file does not exist.
Creating it for you in '/root/.ooni/ooniprobe.conf'.
Log opened.
Starting Tor...
Spawning tor process with DataDirectory /tmp/tortmpxHofgR
 
^CReceived SIGINT, shutting down.
Main loop terminated.


It hangs starting tor and does not produce output.

Re-running it fixes the problem.

I can't reproduce this issue can you provide some more details like in what OS and pip version are you encountering this issue?
