Description

A commenter on our blog was complaining that we still have media.video_stats.enabled set to true (https://blog.torproject.org/blog/tor-browser-408-released#comment-92426). There is no need for this fingerprinting vector (a test (borrows from Chris Pearce) can be found on: https://people.torproject.org/~gk/misc/video-paint-stats.html) and Mozilla made this pref at least with having us in mind (see: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=654550 for the discussion).

This looks OK to me.

I'm a little worried that some dumb site may break by expecting all Firefox user agents to have these APIs, but they are moz prefixed, so hopefully that won't happen.

I tested playing youtube, bing, and yahoo screen videos with this pref disabled. They all seemed to work OK.
