Add tor installation instructions using Homebrew for OS X

Currently https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-doc-osx.html.en contains information on installing Tor in OS X using only Macports. Some people prefer to use Homebrew over Macports, so the Tor installation instructions using Homebrew for OS X needs to be added.

Added the security note about Homebrew installation that was pointed out by rl1987 on IRC

I removed homebrew instructions in favour of macports recently because their security was super crap :/ I don't know whether that changed, but it doesn't really explain its security properties at all. I'm not sure what to do, in any case I'm not happy with the wording ("the missing package manager for osx" sounds like an advertisement, not a factual description). hmm.

It does look like their security has some issues but, the main aim of this ticket was to help users who are still using Homebrew and not Macports.

I will remove the wording "the missing package manager for OS X". Do you think this makes sense then?

Maybe this should go on a wiki page and we can link to the wiki page? Then we can spell out better what the exact issues with homebrew are without cluttering the website more.

I have added back homebrew since many osx users use it. Planning to also add Fink (http://www.finkproject.org/).

The bottom line is that users already on homebrew won't probably switch to macports only to install Tor.
