Revising the title (something about "the Indian guy" doesn't sound nice).

To provide a bit more context: Sambuddha was a SoP applicant of ours. He's been doing great work on Txtorcon with Meejah and submitted Stem patches. Over the summer he'd like to work on our Txtorcon/Stem integration project...

I've tried to discuss the possibility of finding a little funding for him, but mostly heard crickets so finally told him 'sorry'. That said, I'm sure he'd be delighted to find there's some funding after all. He's been a great volunteer, and I'd love to see nice things happen. :P

Hi Sambuddha, I spoke with Roger and unfortunately the answer is nay. Funding for the support folks among others are now expiring, and Tor really doesn't have the funding available for this.

Sorry about the bad news. :(
