tor.service only connects by Tor Browser Settings

Description

I cannot get tor to start via sysyemctl commands.  It only starts via the Tor Browser Settings app, and quits as soon as the app is exited.  Furthermore, when it is started through the Tor Browser, the tor monitor program doesn't recognize that the ControlPort is enabled, and never let's me see the connections, status, etc.  When I closed the Tor Browser, my regular Firefox no longer connects to the tor network.

BTW, I am using Fedora 21, the packaged Tor Browser bundle for Fedora, and Privoxy.

What does the process output when you try to start it with systemctl? Does it work better with more recent system tor.service files?

Move a few tickets out of 0.2.8. I would take a good patch for most of these if somebody writes one. (If you do, please make the ticket needs_review and move it back into maint-0.2.8 milestone. :) )

Finally admitting that 0.3.??? was a euphemism for Tor: unspecified all along.
